Order deadlines

Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise and delays occur. They rarely occur and are usually caused by factors beyond our control. Should this situation arise, we ask for your patience and understanding.

In order to eliminate any possibility of delay, please ensure that you enter the correct delivery details. If you have filled out the form with one or more errors, please do not hesitate to contact us by [email protected]. We will resolve this issue as soon as possible to ensure you receive your item promptly.

If the delivery time has already passed and you still have not received your package, please contact us at [email protected] so we can see what's wrong.

DUTIES AND TAXES 

Shipping to the United States

Shipping to the United States is exempt from sales tax. There are no other taxes or import duties applied to packages shipped to the United States. However, some local non-customs taxes may be levied and are the responsibility of the customer. Fleur Sauvage Lingerie Inc. assumes no responsibility for the payment or reporting of additional local taxes.

  International shipping

If you are ordering from a country other than the United States, you may be required to pay import duties. Fleur Sauvage Lingerie Inc. is not responsible for declaring or paying any exclusive or international taxes. All prices on the website, as well as the total cost of your order, do not include any sales tax or customs duties.

The customer is fully responsible for any taxes and duties that they may have to pay. If any local taxes or duties apply to the package, the customer will have to pay them to release the package from customs. Once the order is shipped, all duties and taxes become non-refundable. And if the customer returns items, Fleur Sauvage Lingerie Inc. does not refund the associated taxes and duties. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PAY TAX FOR MY ORDER?

Import taxes and duties are not applied to every package. But, to avoid any misunderstanding, it is important that you check if there will be any additional payments required by your local services.

Please note that if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the package, Fleur Sauvage Lingerie Inc. will only refund 50% of the cost of your order. The cost of shipping is not refunded.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER? 

Once you place your order, we receive it immediately to minimize manufacturing time. Fleur Sauvage Lingerie Inc. will cancel the order free of charge if the customer requests cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order. To cancel the order, please contact us at [email protected].

We cannot guarantee successful free cancellation for orders placed on a weekend. If you successfully cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it, you will not be charged. If the charge has already been made to your credit card, we will refund the purchase price in full.

Fleur Sauvage Lingerie Inc. does not accept cancellations requested during a weekend or after the order has been shipped. You will then have to pay the full amount.
