Return and exchange policy
Exchange Policy
We have a 15 day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for a different size or if an item has damage issues.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your exchange is accepted, you will be able to use the exchange shipping label in your box, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and privacy reasons, we will not accept any product returns (artificial leather, lingerie, accessories, erotic toys, etc.). Please contact us if you have any questions.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well.
